Gamer Shake with lots of Proteins and Mango – “Icefrog Shake”

I am a gamer and a gainer, today i want to show you how you can get lots of proteins and vitamins in a very enjoyable way.

What you need for your DIY Icefrog Shake:

  1. 250-300ml mango juice
  2. 250mg low fat quark
  3. Cocktail shaker or mixer
  4. If you have a mixer you can consider adding crushed ice.

Food Value (300ml juice + 250 mg low fat quark

  • Energy: 177 kcal (mango) + 180 kcal (quark) = 357 kcal
  • 0,3g FatĀ  + 0,5g Fat = 0,8g Fat
  • Carbohydrates: 41g + 10g = 51g
  • Protein: 0,6g + 35g = 35,6g
  • Vitamin C: 36 mg (mango)
